Record Store Day (RSD)
The annual international celebration where music lovers, artists, and store staff celebrate their shared love for the independent record store. Also in Eindhoven, The Netherlands @de Platenzaak and Wim Stiphout.
On Record Store Day, very exclusive releases appear that are available *only* on that day. Hundreds of records and CDs are released in limited editions on RSD. New music, remixes, colored vinyl, live recordings—each and every one is a special item.
During RSD, we are collaborating with AVNUE, our neighbor across the street, who can bring your music and vinyl collection to life. They don’t sell records, but everything surrounding them makes a difference. Avnue is located diagonally across from de Platenzaak for turntables, cartridges, phonos, and more.
This way, RSD will be a success once again with lots of cool records, music, and a great atmosphere. April 18th is the day: lots of music, a big party, and above all, new releases that will make you want to buy them all! So see you this coming Saturday, April 18th, at the one and only Platenzaak Eindhoven.
